• Industrial grade Electromagnetic Locks comes with Negex, in a single body with no moving parts. The Doors have Strong & Robust Stainless Steel Striker operating at 1360Kgs static holding force.
• The frame of the Doors are made from Aluminium and completed with clear Glass.
• As safety measure now Negex have Emergency Buttons along with User Lights on both sides of Shower for all doors to be unlocked instantly.
• There is an Electrical Main Breaker Switch mounted on inside the work area, which works by shutting down the system & unlocking all doors immediately.
• For cutting down the energy cost, there is an Electronic Ballasted Light.
• Direct drive Centrifugal Blowers, which are permanently lubricated.
• Interlocking of Exit & Entry Doors does not allow the opening of both Doors. The event of power failure automatically unlocks all doors for the purpose of safety.
• Duration of Air Shower can be programmed.
• Once there is a continuous flow of air at lower speed, it can be set at stand by mode; resulting in reduction of energy consumption & maintenance of the chamber clean.
