• For our clients, we provide outstanding quality of Air Shower, which is fabricated under the strict supervision of our technical experts by employing the finest components and the most advanced machinery in accordance with industry standards. Essentially antechambers, air showers are used to decontaminate operators before entering clean rooms. New air showers have microprocessors that make using them simple & save time with entry.
• Two or three doors may be available in an air shower, and it may have existing flooring or special flooring. Known as Negex, these new hybrid Air Showers are more safe and incorporate better end-user requirements.
• Negex is equipped with industrial grade electromagnetic locks that are non-moving and doors have a long-lasting stainless steel striker operating at high static holding force.
• Float or tempered glass is incorporated into durable aluminium, mild steel, or stainless steel frames.
• Now, there are emergency buttons and user lights, on each side of each shower for all doors to be unlocked immediately as a safety measure.
• Main electrical breakers are mounted in the work zone for quick system shut down and all doors will be immediately unlocked.
• Electronic ballasted lights reduce energy costs.
• Direct-drive centrifugal blowers permanently lubricated.
• All doors are automatically unlocked in case of power failure due to the interlocking of both exits and entryways.
• Duration of air shower can be programmed.
• Air is continuously blown at lower speeds when in standby mode, which reduces energy consumption and keeps the chamber clean.
• Displays of time and temperature have been provided for instant reference.
• SS flooring for easy maintenance.
